Hawken's premier work on the New Age colony in the north of Scotland in the 70s. In 1975, "The Magic of Findhorn" (an expansion of this scarce issue) was published, and launched Peter and Eileen Caddy as lecturers and authors, and made Findhorn a world center of New Age philosophy. Maggs recently offered the first UK edition, albeit with some drawings added, for several hundred pounds. This small item is far more scarce. 16mo. Item #17688
