Bound in leather and boards with marbled ends, all edges and titles silvered (the only volumes having this feature, all others were gilded with gold), with ribbon markers. Compiled and edited by A.R. Naylor, who signed on the verso along with Clive Harper and JD Holmes, at a late night meeting in late 1995. Frank Letchford was ill that evening, and was unable to attend. With additional material by Frank Letchford, Clive Harper, William Wallace, others. Volume One: 368 pages. Volume Two: 446 pages, plus glossary and addenda.
