Privately issued by translator, 1873. Typescript copy, preserved by author and book collector, Robert Birdsong in 1948, as noted on the front page of the text. Annotation by Birdsong giving the date of the translation as 1873. It was bequeathed to the LOC in 1907 by the translator. Paper is yellowing,small tears along edges, but no effect on text; well preserved and easily read; no stains or other defects; laid in a custom folder; VERY GOOD+. Revised and corrected by Charles Levi Woodbury and Benjamin Apthorp Gould. 49 leaves, letter size. Item #15515
