Hitchcock's first printed work, and one of the earliest original publications on the subject in America. Regardless, all payments via post must be received within 5 business days of confirmation in the USA (international orders have 10 days) to ensure sale. 

Shipping 

USA orders 4.75 first book; 2.50 per book thereafter. Sets and folio volumes are determined by weight and more expensive books are insured. International carriage: we use a special air service that is reasonable and secure though a bit longer in delivery. They will phone to arrange a delivery time of convenience.
