London: First Impressions (Mandrake Press & Holmes), 1993-95. Special publisher's edition limited to FOUR COPIES only, this is set number 4, and was asssigned to publisher, JD Holmes. FINE LEATHER SET in small folios. Bound in leather and boards with marbled ends, all edges and titles silvered (the only volumes having this feature, all others were gilded with gold), with ribbon markers. Compiled and edited by A.R. Naylor who signed on the verso along with Clive Harper and JD Holmes at a late night meeting in late 1995. Frank Letchford was ill that evening, and was unable to attend. With additional material by Frank Letchford, Clive Harper, William Wallace, others. Volume One: 368 pages. Volume Two: 446 pages, plus glossary and addenda. Books are held for 48 hrs pending confirmation. For large orders, a 25% deposit is required to hold the books if full payment cannot be made on site, or special arrangements are in order. We accept personal checks if we know you, or money orders if we do not. Regardless, all payments via post must be received within 5 business days of confirmation in the USA (international orders have 10 days) to ensure sale. 

Shipping 

USA orders 4.75 first book; 2.50 per book thereafter. Sets and folio volumes are determined by weight and more expensive books are insured. International carriage: we use a special air service that is reasonable and secure though a bit longer in delivery. They will phone to arrange a delivery time of convenience.
