Twenty pages of plates, including many in color, and several of these were not in previous editions. Two very special works aided the preparation of this edition by Michael Staley. First, Kenneth Grant's personal, annotated copy of the Muller edition was borrowed in order to create this new definitive edition. Also, there was the most helpful loan of the author's original carbon of the typescript, which has proven useful in resolving some queries.
