Bound in full polished calf with marble end papers, all edges gilt, silk ribbon marker, all copies numbered; A FINE COPY. Translated from the German by Sigismund Bacstrom. This classic work was printed at Frankfort in 1723. Color plates and red/black printing, and a double-page color plate of the Uroborous. The first part of the text is a typeset transcription of the unpublished manuscript originally copied by Leonard Pembroke, from a manuscript in the possession of Percy Bullock of the Golden Dawn. Bullock obtained it from W.W. Westcott. The second half is a facsimile of that handwritten manuscript, with drawings and chapter headings, printed red.
